The 150mm ACV apparatus consists of steel cylinder with a nominal diameter of 150mm, a plunger, baseplate, tamping rod and measure. All surfaces that come into contact with the aggregate are cadmium plated against corrosion. The metal measure is 115mm diameter x 180mm deep.
Used for aggregate passing 12.7mm and retained by a 9.52mm sieve.
